POOR BODY POSTURE AND ITS EFFECT ON HEALTH- Poor body posture is responsible for several aches that can seriously affect your health. In today’s modern life, most of the work is done on the desks, bending over a laptop or computer or mobile for man hours, and Watching TV in a reclining position. These all contribute to the minuscule amount of tissue wearing and strain. Its long-term cumulative effect may cause an array of problems.

1-Neck pain and stiffness
2-Pain in the shoulders.                                                    3-Nerve compression                                                      4-Headache or giddiness                                             
5Digestive problem.                                                      6-Breathing problem                                                         7-Muscle atrophy and weakness                                    8-Sciatica                                                                             9-Carpel tunnel syndrome                                               10-Formation of varicose veins                           CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS
AND LUMBER SPONDYLOSIS                                           It is the poor posture of the neck, which causes neck pain,
giddiness, or numbness, known as cervical spondylitis. Poor posture of the back causes lower back pain due to Lumber spondylitis.        

CAUSES OF POOR POSTURES-Faulty working place sedentary
lifestyle.
Illness and certain conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Joint stiffness Muscle weakness, occupational hazards, and poor general fitness.                                                                         

This X-ray of the neck was taken in a side view at my clinic. Look at the red-marked vertebra of the neck. It is protruding into the spinal canal and causing neck pain and numbness of fingers. This is a typical example of poor neck posture leading to cervical Spondyosis.by Satish

BAD POSTURES AND ITS EFFECT –
Are slouching, hunching forward while watching on a laptop or smartphone, sitting
lopsided, and sitting cross-legged. Extending head and shoulders too forward and bending of neck. It may cause fast degeneration of the disc and lipping of the vertebra, which may protrude posteriorly and press the roots of nerves. It may
lead to serious problems afterward, besides neck pain numbness of particular body parts or fingers, or
fainting. All of these can lead to long-term discomfort and problems.                                                F
or correction of bad postures Yoga, exercises and postures are best. Surya Namaskar, Cobra pose/ Bhujangasanas are the most common example
