  • A natural way to improve physical and mental health and relaxation is Vagus nerve stimulation. The vagus is the 10th cranial nerve of the body and directly emerges from the brain. It’s a paired nerve, which is found on both sides of the brain. 
  1. Nearly all the functions of the body are performed by the nerves. Twelve nerves take their origin, directly from the brain; hence, they are known as cranial nerves.  Rest emanates from the spinal cord and are called spinal nerves.
